Well-Maintained Homes
Homes must be functional, stocked, and welcoming. Together with your team, we'll ensure the property is regularly inspected, maintenance issues are addressed promptly, and guest ready inventories (linen, kitchenware, toiletries, etc.) are always in place.
Daily Housekeeping
A clean home is a non-negotiable. We request that your on-ground team provides daily housekeeping and upkeep to ensure your home is guest-ready at all times. Locale will support this with periodic quality checks and service audits to maintain a consistent hospitality standard.
Align with Standard Operating Procedures
To ensure smooth operations and consistency, Locale will co-create an SOP with you and your team, covering:
