Welcome to The Locale House of Trees — our peaceful 3-acre farmstay where fruit trees, open courtyards, and quiet countryside invite you to slow down and reconnect with nature. Surrounded by fruit trees, flowering plants, and wide open skies, our property brings together a warm 2-bedroom farmhouse and a charming standalone studio cottage called Kuteera—creating a relaxed space for families, groups of friends, and work-from-anywhere travellers seeking privacy, fresh air, and open space.

Our main farmhouse features two spacious bedrooms thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility. Bedroom 1 includes a comfortable double bed, while Bedroom 2 offers a thick double mattress bed. To accommodate larger groups, we also provide a double sofa bed, two single sofa beds, and additional floor mattresses. With this flexible arrangement, the farmhouse can comfortably host up to 11 guests, while still allowing everyone to enjoy both shared spaces and moments of privacy.

At the heart of the farmhouse is an open central courtyard, one of our favourite spaces on the property. It’s perfect for quiet mornings with a cup of coffee, relaxed conversations with loved ones, or simply lying back and stargazing under clear countryside skies. Indoors, guests can unwind with carrom and chess, or enjoy light activity using the basic gym equipment available in the house.

Tucked within the greenery of the farm is Kuteera, our cozy standalone studio cottage designed for guests who prefer a little extra privacy. The cottage comfortably sleeps up to four guests with a double bed, a single bed, and an additional floor mattress. It also features a compact kitchenette with an induction stove, basic utensils, and a traditional drinking water pot—perfect for brewing your morning coffee or enjoying a quiet evening cup of chai while overlooking the farm.

Step outside and immerse yourself in the rhythm of farm life. You’re welcome to wander through our fruit orchards, explore the kitchen garden, or visit our friendly farm animals—ducks, chickens, and turkeys—who are always a delight for children and animal lovers alike. Our bamboo gazebo is another favourite gathering spot, ideal for morning tea, sunset conversations, or simply sitting back and enjoying the peaceful countryside atmosphere.

Guests have full access to the entire 3-acre property, including gardens, orchards, walking paths, and outdoor spaces. The only private area is the caretaker’s residence, which is kept separate to ensure your comfort and privacy.
